Who we are
Stockton Decking is a trading name of 360 Media Works Ltd, company number 12691769, registered office Varsity House, C/O A E Scott & Co, Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3TS. In law, that business is the controller of the details you share here, and info@stocktondecking.co.uk is the address to use for anything to do with your data.
The details we ask for
The quote form asks for your name, a phone number, an email address and your postcode, and gives you space to describe what you want. Those details are only used to respond to you. Nothing else about you is collected, and you never need to create an account.
Where your enquiry goes
Your enquiry details are shared with the tradesperson who carries out the work, so they can deal with it. Apart from the service providers described on this page, no one else receives your details.
Why the law allows this
We process your details because you asked us to (steps taken at your request before a possible contract) and because answering enquiries is a legitimate interest of ours.
Keeping your information
Your details stay on file for a maximum of 24 months following our most recent contact, then they are removed.
The form and where data is stored
HighLevel (LeadConnector) provides and hosts the quote form, which appears on our pages from api.leadconnectorhq.com. It processes enquiries only on our instructions. HighLevel is an American company, so data may leave the UK; any such transfer relies on the protections in its data processing terms.
Security checks on the form
To stop automated spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks each submission, which involves processing technical information about your browser. The form may download fonts and other files from its provider's servers; we have not added any advertising or social media pixel.
How this site is hosted
Cloudflare provides the hosting. Its systems see your IP address and browser information whenever a page is requested, which is needed to send the page and filter out malicious traffic. No visitor analytics or ad tracking is used.
Cookies and browser storage
The form cannot work without a little storage on your device. It sets __cf_bm, a security cookie, and writes local storage entries (prefixes v2_, v3_ and form_progress_) holding session history, a browser identifier and your progress, so the enquiry can be linked to the page you started from. The provider also receives your IP address and browser type. You may clear all of this whenever you want; see cookies for more.
Controlling your information
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email info@stocktondecking.co.uk to make a request. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy
Please tell us first if something has gone wrong. You can also take a complaint to the ICO, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
If this notice changes
If our practices change we will revise this notice and change the date shown at the start of the page.
